Attention seniors… If you applied to a school via the common app, you MUST
return to common app and Docufide to request that your 7th semester grades
be sent to your school or schools. In addition, if your school of interest
has requested your 7th semester grades, you must request that 7th semester
transcript via Docufide for an in-state school. For an out of state school,
you must request your transcript via a paper form in the counseling office.
Remember… you only need to submit 7th semester grades (transcript) if it’s a
common app school or if your school has requested that info.
