Welcome to Curious Kids!
Curious Kids is a licensed child care program offering structured activities in
a safe and caring environment. Child care is open to all children in the
community from ages 6 weeks through middle school. All locations promote
positive social interactions and offer interesting and fun activities for the
children. We provide three area locations for your convenience:
- Curious Kids @ Milham. Care is provide for children 6 weeks through 14
years of age. We are located in the Portage Community Education Center at 1010
West Milham. Center hours are M - F, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Meals and snacks are
provided as well as transportation to and from school for school-aged children
enrolled in Portage schools. (269-323-6780)
- Curious Kids @ Woodland Elementary. Child care is provided for children
ages 5 and older who attend Young 5’s / Kindergarten through fifth grade. Center
hours are M - F, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Meals and snacks are provided.

ages 5 and older who attend Young 5’s / Kindergarten through fifth grade. Center

Curious Kids Preschool
Curious Kids
offers a Preschool experience for children who are 3 and 4 and who are potty
trained. The teachers are certified and work with the children to help them
develop the social and emotional skills needed to be successful in a classroom
setting. One of our goals is to help make the transition of going to school and
leaving home a smooth one.
Our classes for 3 year olds meet on Tuesday and Thursdays. Classes for 4 year
olds are offered on Tuesday/Thursday, Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Monday through
Friday. Both 3’s and 4’s offer classes that meet in the a.m. (from 9:00 -11:30)
and in the p.m. (12:30 – 3:00). Classes usually run from the second week in
September until the end of May.
Registration for the upcoming school year begins in February. An Open House will
be held on February 22, 2010 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. for any families interested
in registering for the 2010 – 2011 school year.
Tuition fees for 2010/2011 are as follows:
2 days a week - $135/month
3 days a week - $173/month
5 days a week - $284/month
