Transfer Documents
Most Portage Public School District students currently attending a school based on a previous transfer approval will automatically be approved for the remainder of their attendance at the elementary, middle school or high school.

Parents do not need to reapply once they have been approved unless they are changing from elementary to middle school or from middle school to high school. Transfer requests for residents of PPS who wish to attend a school in our District other than their assigned school need to apply for a transfer.
