Principal's Report

Welcome Back

Welcome to another exciting year of learning at Woodland Elementary. We’ve all enjoyed reconnecting with families who have been attending Woodland, as well as getting to know our new families. Thank you for your help in making this a good beginning.

I feel so fortunate to be working with such a dedicated staff. This year we have new staff and some staff changes. I’ve included a complete list of staff members in this newsletter so you can get to know everyone in our learning community.

I hope you all were able to stop in at the PTO coffee on the first day of school. I would like to thank Jane Schelb, Wendy Mazer and everyone else who helped with this event. Also, we all want to thank the volunteers who helped guide students to their classrooms each morning last week and helped our first graders become acquainted with lunch procedures. We are very lucky to have so many willing volunteers to help in any way! Thanks again!

I know the beginning of the year is very hectic with all of the notes and information you receive. We appreciate your help in completing all of the forms and returning them to school in a timely fashion.

3. Parent call in procedures
4. Early dismissal form
5. Free and reduced lunch form
