Welcome back to another great year at Angling Road Elementary! As your new Principal, I have been very busy learning all about Angling Road, and I have been very impressed with all that I've discovered. I've heard that the students, families, teachers and staff at Angling Road Elementary all work together to make it a “Fine, Fine School!”

Over the next few months, I will have the opportunity to meet all of you, hear more great stories about Angling Road Elementary and learn more about what makes it a "Fine, Fine School." Having a new Principal join a school family is a wonderful opportunity to highlight and preserve all of the amazing things happening in a school. It is also a great time to look for the opportunities to improve the academic, social and emotional growth of our children.

As we move into the new school year, one of the biggest opportunities for continued improvement is integrating our new Technology Enhanced Classroom, or TEC, equipment into our curriculum. Angling teachers have already been hard at work throughout the summer learning about our new TEC equipment and looking for ways to put best practice into practice. As we work together to learn new techniques to improve our instruction, we continue to thank our school community for supporting important voting decisions that impact the funding of our schools.

As I enter my 14th year of public education, I can't help but feel excited about the never-ending possibilities of a new year. I hope that your family shares the same excitement and look forward to sharing an amazing year with you!
