Welcome to Haverhill Elementary School! I am so excited to be joining the Haverhill Hornets family this year. Originally from Virginia, I have called Portage home for the last 5 years. This year will mark my eleventh in education, with five of those as both a building level and central office administrator. My goal is to work collaboratively with Haverhill staff and families to ensure that every child reaches his or her full potential.

At Haverhill, we strive to educate all students in a manner that allows them to maximize their academic success, while also fostering emotional growth and developing responsible social behavior. It is our vision to ensure that every student has the opportunity to learn to the best of their ability and to offer a curriculum that is diverse, differentiated and creates an environment of love and learning.

Parents are encouraged to take an active part in their child’s education. You are always welcome and there are numerous ways for you to get involved. Please contact your child’s teacher or the HPTO to find out how your talents and interests can best support the students of Haverhill.
