Student names and pictures are posted on this site and all other PPS owned domains in accordance with PPS regulation #1110.4.
Team, individual, and group photos are allowed when they meet these requirements:
- Names of students will not accompany the photos, although the photo can be labeled with the name of the team or group.
- Grade level and name of school can be used, but not the teacher's name.
- Names will not accompany photos of students even with parental permission since this would create an atmosphere where the varying discretion of parents would counteract the intent of this regulation to protect all student privacy. It could also be confusing to people why certain students are identified and others are not.
