Parent-Teacher Conferences
It is time for Parent-Teacher Conferences again. Conferences will be held on
Tuesday, Feb 21 from 4:30-8:15 and on Wednesday, Feb 22 from 4:30-8:15 p.m.
We are implementing a new system for scheduling conferences. We think this
will make the scheduling process much smoother for parents, teachers, and
office staff.
The process for setting
up your conference time will be to go to www.schoolbookings.net. You will
be able to schedule your conferences during the week of Feb 6 – 10. Once
you are there, you will be asked to enter a school event code. Our code is
BMXMM. You will then be taken through a 3 step process to enter your
information, child’s information and schedule your conference(s) for your
child(ren). Once you have finished, you will receive an email confirmation
of the date and time of your scheduled conference(s). Please be respectful
of our teachers’ & fellow parents’ time and arrive to your conference
on-time. We do encourage you to not schedule back-to-back conference
times with multiple teachers as sometimes the teachers are on different
floors at opposite ends of the building and so your “travel time” cuts in to
your conference time. A teacher will only hold 1 conference per child. If
there are 2 separate households, we ask that you coordinate with each other
your conference time. (The exception would be if you have a restraining
order on file.)
