Sophomores--Class
rings will be delivered on Tuesday Nov. 24th @ 2:15 in the old
bookstore… bring your balance due and pick up your class ring
Seniors--There
are about 145 of you that have not turned in your Jostens graduation order.
There is a list posted out side the main office or you can ask Mrs.
Morrison. Jostens will be back at school to collect senior orders one
last time on Dec. 9th @ 2:15 There will be late charges after
this date
Attention Men’s JV Soccer Team--Please
pick up your DVD from Mrs. Drabik in the attendance office this week.
Attention Students--Please
shed your loose or extra change into the tennis ball containers labeled
"March of Dimes" in your various classes. This spare change adds up quickly,
and goes toward research intended to prevent premature birth and birth
defects.
Rotary Club Members--Rotary
members are needed to work at the Festival of Trees this weekend. There are
2 hour shifts available all day Saturday and Sunday. Email or stop down to
Mr. Rayle’s room to sign up.
Choir Concert--PC
Choir students will present a “Broadway Cabaret” featuring outstanding music
from Broadway shows tonight and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
The performances will be held at the Epic Theatre in the Epic Centre,
Downtown Kalamazoo, on the corner of S. Burdick and
Lovell St.
and includes gourmet dessert and beverage. Tickets are $10 for adults
and $8 for students and can be reserved by seeing Mrs. Hunter in Central
Middle School room 46, calling 323-5333 or by e-mail at
chunter@portageps.org.

for you seniors: Don’t forget to pick up your Remynse Scholarship
applications asap...deadline is Dec 1, and sign up for a transcript to be
sent as well.

Nov 24 for a short presentation….come down to the counseling office and sign
up. AND, be sure to check out the PCHS website’s Counseling link….lots
of information on there from scholarships to camps to testing dates for the
ACT, and more. New info is being added all the time, so be sure to
check it out!

Mustang Volleyball! After winning 3 out of 4 very exciting matches it is on
to the State Finals with Bloomfield Hills Marian on Saturday at the Kellogg
Arena at 2pm. Be there!
