Since Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services Web Access is not currently available for Macintosh, Mac users will need to use the Mac remote desktop client to run applications and access their U drives from home.

Step 1: If you do not already have the remote desktop client, click here to download it (Note: requires OS X 10.4.9 or newer).


Step 2: Click the image below to download a remote desktop connection file. Run the file to connect into a PPS desktop.



Step 3: When prompted, enter your username and password into their respective fields. You must include 'ppsadmin\' for staff or 'ppsk12\' for students in the username field, so your username is 'ppsadmin\jsmith' for staff or 'ppsk12\jsmithchs' for students.

Tip: Use Command-2 to toggle between window and full-screen mode.
