Welcome to Young 5s & Kindergarten at Portage Public Schools!

PPS provides school-based full-day kindergarten in each of our eight elementary schools. The District also offers a District-wide full-day Young 5s program  with school locations determined based on classroom availability. Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year is now open.  If you are a current Portage family with other students already enrolled in the District, please enroll your new student(s) using Skyward Family Access.  New families to the District should use the Online Registration Process to enroll. Enrollment for 2023-24 will remain open for any student eligible for Kindergarten or Young 5s this school year.
