This week's Ms. Yankovich's Monday CREW Memo is hot off the press! Please check your Skyward e-mail or go to our "Information" section on Angling Road's website at: https://www.portageps.org/o/ares/page/information

It may be chilly outside, but the students at Angling Road Elementary are on fire for learning!

Our Portage Central and Portage Northern high school students are partnering this week to collect diapers for those in need. Donations can be dropped off this week at either high school or at the rivalry basketball games Thursday and Friday.
Great job, Mustangs and Huskies!

Reminder, there is no school Wednesday through Friday for Thanksgiving. Enjoy the break!

Members of Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra are here this morning performing a concert for our Kindergarten, Second and Fifth graders. Special thanks to the "KSO on the Go" outreach program! Your string quartet is amazing and the students enjoyed learning about each instrument!

We are enjoying a visit from The Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra. Thank you, Mrs. Armbruster, for helping us to experience the joy of music in so many ways! 💕

Second graders had a great time sharing their reader's theater, "Anansi's Feast," in the library this morning. In a reader's theater, students read aloud from a script. It is a reading strategy that helps develop reading fluency. Nice job second graders!

We are paying a special tribute to Mr. Roedel on this Veteran's Day! ❤️

We're growing gratitude at Angling Road!
