The following sports are being offered in the Fall and REQUIRE a physical:
Cross Country
Football
Sideline Cheer
Volleyball
If your student plans to participate in sports at WMS this year, a current physical must be on file in our online system, FinalForms, before they can try out or begin official practice.
For Fall Sports:
Tryouts and practices begin August 18, so it’s especially important that physicals are uploaded as soon as possible and that students complete their portion in FinalForms as soon as possible. Final approval takes time, and last-minute uploads may result in students being unable to participate.
