Will Haenni, a meteorologist from Channel 3, visited with kindergarteners from Lake Center Elementary this morning to teach them all about the weather.
The students heard about tornado safety, asked questions about hurricanes and learned about vaporization and evaporation when Will "made a cloud" in a bottle using rubbing alcohol and a bike pump!

With this snow day, the rest of the week’s schedule will stay the same – and the exams that were scheduled for today are moving to Monday. So here is what that looks like:
-Tuesday, Jan. 23: Snow day
-Wednesday, Jan. 24: Exams for 5th and 6th hours, as previously scheduled, with high-school students dismissed at 11:50 7:40-9:40 a.m. 5th Hour Exam 9:50-11:50 a.m.
