Winter 2026 (January-May) Snack Menu

This week's spotlight in Early Childhood is for our fabulous bus rider students each day! Thank you to the Portage Public Schools Transportation Department and the drivers for such excellent care taking our youngest learners to and from school each day! Each morning they are greeted with a smile and an extra help with backpacks, snowpants, zipping up coats, finding missing gloves and unloading of their extra winter bags to help get their students all set for the day! There is sometimes music, jokes for students and most importantly, the excitement our four year olds have getting to ride the bus to and from school each day just like many of their older siblings get to do!

Thank you to all who came out for our Family Literacy Night last Thursday! We had a great time enjoying each other's company. The pizza, cookies and books were a big hit and many of the students had fun with the word search Mrs. French set up for them. A big thank you to the Portage District Library staff for joining us as well!

This week's spotlight is one of our Three Year Old Preschool Classrooms! We are having a wonderful time engaging in such great activities! Students are enjoying working on their independence in fine motor skills and activities, whole group time and free choice time in the dramatic play area.
