4th Grade Service Project: Our fourth-grade students at MBE are beginning their unit in Social Studies: Civic-Mindedness. As a culminating activity for this, fourth-graders have been working together on a project to help those in need in our Portage community. PPS is hosting a Teen Substance Misuse event for parents and caregivers Monday, Nov. 18, at 6:30 p.m. Join us to learn the impacts of common substances and strategies to help support your student.

Our entire school had the privilege of listening to Jayci Simon this morning on announcements. She holds a silver medal from the 2024 Paralympics in badminton and spoke all about her accomplishments and determination to win the first medal for the USA in this sport. Jayci has dwarfism, which is celebrated in the month of October, and answered many student questions about her differences and shared the importance of never giving up, no matter what obstacles may stand in your way!
