Calling all 6th, 7th, and 8th Graders! Annie Jr. will be our school musical production this year! If your Pioneer is interested in trying out, here are a few important dates to put on the calendar:

PRE-AUDITION WORKSHOPS:
Monday, December 8th 2:45-5pm
Tuesday, December 9th 2:45-5pm

AUDITIONS:
Wednesday, December 10th 3-5pm
Thursday, December 11th 3-5pm
Friday, December 12th 3-4:30pm

CALL BACKS:
Wednesday, December 17th 2:45-5pm
Thursday, December 18th 2:45-5pm

Cast list will be posted Friday, December 19th outside the main office. Sign-up for the audition workshop is currently outside the main office.

Applications for CREW POSITIONS can be picked up the main office. Return completed applications to Mrs. Sturdy in the choir room. Applications will be accepted until 3pm Friday, December 19th.

LEFT LANE: Pull forward to find a spot or exit the lot
Use your blinker and PLEASE do not drive forward in the right drop-off lane.

Our Science Olympiad Pioneers traveled to Middlebury, Indiana last weekend for the Northridge Invitational and had a strong showing! 37 Division B schools competed in the tournament. We entered 63 slots and won 22 top 10 places in our first tournament of the year!

This weekend, the Portage Top Run Racing Club represented Portage West and Portage North at the Nike Cross Regionals in Terra Haute, Indiana! These incredible student athletes competed against some of the best middle school runners from across the Midwest, including teams from Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana.

The girls team finished in 2nd place and the boys finished 5th. A ton of great teams at the meet. Most importantly the runners and families had blast! Congratulations Pioneers and Huskies!
