At 90 years old, Bob Bonhomme had two items on his bucket list:

The longtime Portage resident quit school as a teenager to work and support his family before he was drafted into the U.S. Army at 19 years old, never earning his diploma or participating in the quintessential teen experience.

Our building leadership work continuously to improve our schools, even after students are gone for the summer. Principals and other building leaders met Monday for an all-day workshop on Continuous Improvement -- where they both reflected on the 23-24 school year and looked ahead to the fall.
